COMMENT TROUVER AISEMENT LES POSTURES DANS LES LIVRES DE YOGA IYENGAR ?
Quand on veut approfondir une posture, on cherche sa photo, sa instructions et ses bienfaits dans les livres!
Mais ce n’est pas si simple car il n’existe pas toujours un index des postures de yoga par ordre alphabétique, facile d’utilisation dans nos livres de référence. Voici un index réalisé par plusieurs profs de yoga qui devrait bien vous aider, malgré son apparente complexité.
Il y a trois livres de référence, dont le premier “Lumière sur le yoga” a été édité de deux façons différentes, donc il y a deux paginations différentes, même si les numéros de postures sont les mêmes.
- « Lumière sur le Yoga » de B.K.S Iyengar (édition Buchet Chastel) = LSY
et sa version format poche « Bible du Yoga » (édition J’ai Lu) = Bible - « Yoga, Joyau de la Femme » (édition Buchet Chastel) = Yoga Femme
- « Cours d’Initiation» de Geeta Iyengar (édition AFYI) = Cours Initiation
